This 3-Day cleanse is beneficial in allowing the digestive system to rest from having to break down the normal dietary foods, therefore promoting healing, while providing the necessary nutrients for brain, blood sugar, bone, breast, cellular, digestive and cardiovascular health. The ingredients provide your body its required 102 minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemicals for healthy functioning  and which have been proven to help prevent many degenerative diseases. Results from performing this cleanse include weight loss, increased immunity and energy, improved blood and cholesterol levels, hormonal balance, alkalined pH levels, relief of skin conditions and improved sleep. The total cleanse is 9 smoothies. Each smoothie contains 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of carribean sea moss gel with a proprietary blend of organic fruits, vegetables, herbal roots and seeds. During the 3 day cleanse, you will consume 3 smoothies per day with at least 16oz of water in between each smoothie. Herbal teas and coconut water are also allowed and IF food consumption is necessary, we suggest foods such as organic vegetables (raw or lightly steamed) with black wild rice, garbanzo beans or quinoa only. No sugar, dairy, meat, fried foods, processed foods, white foods, alcoholic beverages etc.
